One craftsman, one car, start to finish.

Every car in our bay is met, read, corrected and protected by the same pair of hands. Here is why we never split the work — and what an owner gains when nothing is handed off.

Most detailing failures are not failures of skill. They are failures of continuity: one person washes, another polishes, a third applies the coating — and the small knowledge gathered at each stage, a soft repaint on the wing, a panel that runs hot, never makes it to the next pair of hands.

We removed the handoff altogether. At Motorskin, the specialist who first walks around your car under the lights is the same one who signs it back to you. There is no production line to feed, because there is only one bay — and it holds one car.

“The paint tells you things on day one that matter on day four. Someone has to be there for both.”

What continuity actually buys

Paint is not uniform. Factory thickness varies panel to panel; a respray hides at the edge of a door; lacquer hardens differently on aluminium and steel. A single craftsman carries this map in his head from inspection to final wipe, adjusting pressure and pad before a mistake can happen — not after.

Responsibility sharpens too. When the work cannot be passed along, neither can the blame. The person who measures your paint is the person who guarantees the correction — and the nine-year warranty on our ceramic work is signed by the hands that earned it.

Slower by design

A single-specialist approach costs time, and we spend it openly. A full correction and coating can hold the bay for days. Nothing about that pace is inefficiency; it is the space in which careful decisions get made, checked, and made again under different light.

This is why we work by appointment only, from a sealed single bay in Nice. Not as a luxury flourish, but as the only honest way to promise what we promise: one craftsman, one car, from the first inspection to the moment the cover comes off. Done once. Done right.
